How long I can get the feedback since we sent the inquiry?: We will reply you within 12 hours on working days.
Are you a manufacturer or trading company?: We are manufacturer which specialized in products of Electric home appliances, such as Air fryer, Steam cleaner, Pancake maker, Soda maker etc.
What applications do your products relate to?: Our products nomally for household use only, our purpose is to create a healthy, organic, comfort life for people.
Can you do customized products?: Sure, except OEM for our exist products, we also provide ODM service, include Design, Develop, Testing, Production and Delivery service. We have a very stronger team which had more than 15 years experience in electric home appliances.
Do you have some standard parts?: Our quality and management team strictly perform I S 0 9 0 0 1 quality system, we have IQC, IPQC, FQC, PQC, QA to performace daily inspection. We also welcome our clients to arrange 3rd party inspection which based on AQL II standard.
How about the capacity of your company?: We have more than 20000Sqm building, with 7 assembly line and monthly output 200K pcs.
How many employees of your comany?what about the technicists?: We now have more than 200 employees, including 10 engineers and 30 technicians.
How to guarantee the quality of your goods?: We always do the inspection after every process. We have IQC, IPQC, PQC, FQC to do each inspection, have QA for custom assistance, we also have QM and PM to monitor and analyse the quality issue. That's why our company grow up every year.
What's the payment term?: Normally we accept below payment term
A. T/T: 30% Deposit, balance in 15days against B/L copy.
B. L/C at sight
How to deliver the goods to us?: Normally it take 45days for new order and 35days for repeat order.
Where are your products mainly exported to?: Our products had been exported to over 30 countries, such as USA, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Neatherland, Norway, South Africa, UAE, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, Brasil, Canada etc.
